I don't understand why some people believe they have the right to park in my assigned parking number. OBVIOUSLY it is assigned since the parking spots are NUMBERED. Just because you have a Cadillac does not mean that you get to park where ever you want!! I called the number to give them a ticket and of course they didn't answer. I should just stand out there on top of the car waiting for them. When they get there I will scream at them and bash in their fancy windows. Then maybe next time they will be cautious about parking in assigned parking.
